Date: Thursday 12th March and Friday 13th March 2026

Location: Love Life Eat Cake studio in Oakham, Rutland.

Availability: 4 spaces

Skill Level: Beginners

In this class you will learn how to :

1. use a piping bag
2. colour buttercream effectively
3. pipe medium and large roses, sunflowers and leaves
4. construct a beautiful 7 cupcake bouquet

You will be provided with :

1. Michele’s American buttercream recipe
2. Michele’s Vanilla cupcake recipe
3. guidance on how to make the perfect buttercream and cupcakes

At the end of the class, you get to take your cupcake bouquets home in a lovely gift bag.

This class is for a maximum of 4 students.

All equipment is provided.
